First production code
Started as a web developer — full-stack client work, learning what shipping under deadlines actually means.

Fell into security
First CTFs, then first valid bug reports. Discovered that thinking like an attacker made me a better engineer — and vice versa.

Built an engineering agency delivering web, AI/LLM and security work — now 40+ people and 110+ shipped projects.

Rebuilt the agency's whole workflow around AI pair programming. Faster delivery, same quality bar — the playbook the courses now teach.

Core Hacking
Started teaching the combination on YouTube (@corehacking), then in structured courses: build with AI, break things legally, get paid for both.
